What to Know About Seaside Beach & Racquet Club
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is one of the few condo developments on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama where not all of the units offer a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico, but there are many views of the Gulf from the side or partial views. Seaside Beach & Racquet Club's electrical work was on the ground and had to be redone after being hit hard by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. Now the system is off the ground and, in the event of a storm, down time would be minimized because of the new design. Many of the condos in the area that were similarly affected by Hurricane Ivan made these same changes.
